Indicateo® is designed for use in different business processes. Our business-orientated software offers turn-key solutions or bespoke implementation for specific customer needs. The simple and intuitive interface and functionality of this software provides immediate usability.
The software allows the creation of customised indicators, dashboards and reports. Indicators can be supplied from all Preventeo software (regulatory compliance assessment, risk assessment, event reporting, etc.) or from data direct from contributors.
Configuration of customised indicators allows the definition of:
- Indicator value input rules for contributors
- Periodicity of measures (monthly, quarterly, etc.) and level of collection (unit, subsidiary, etc.)
- Rules for grouping indicators on consolidated levels and dependency rules between indicators
- Type of graphic representation expected (curves, histograms, etc.)
This tool then allows contributors to supply indicator information according to their scope of access. For higher levels of organisation, measurements are automatically grouped according to established rules (sum, average, etc.). Users can select Key Performance Indicators to group within a dashboard, consolidate results to different time scales, and visualise changes over time.
Finally, the software enables report template creation by integrating previously created indicators. Generating a report (DOCX, PDF and HTML) allows automatic consolidation of associated indicators according to the selected level of organisation.
